We see the next wave before it has a name.
Then we make it work.

XPLICIT The founder

Peter van Hees

Peter van Hees

Peter van Hees founded XPLICIT and leads the work. He writes and speaks about the Agent-First Era: what happens to work, companies and society when software starts to act. His keynotes are built for the room in front of him and are booked by innovation summits, leadership retreats and strategy off-sites across Europe. Signal over hype is the standing rule.

Background

Peter has worked inside Microsoft, HP and KBC, co-founded and advised start-ups that redefined their sectors, and worked with the European Union and NATO. He has seen technology strengthen and destabilise organisations, and he turns that into pragmatic frameworks.

What he does at XPLICIT

Leads the work: the reading of the wave, the strategy and operating model, and the implementation support. He is in the room when a direction becomes a decision, and stays until it works on an ordinary Tuesday. See how we work.

What he writes and says

Three books on the Agent-First Era, free ebooks for people who want to build their own agents, and keynotes in English, Dutch and French. Booked through Speakersbase.
