# XPLICIT

> XPLICIT is an innovation agency in Hofstade, Belgium (near Brussels), founded and led by Peter van Hees. It helps a small number of organisations recognise the next wave in business and technology early and act on it before it is obvious. The current wave is AI agents: software that acts, not chat windows that wait.
